André
Allard, Managing
Director
Mr. Allard is an Aviation and Aerospace Industry
veteran with more than 40 years of presence in various sectors
of the Industry. His background encompasses senior management
positions in flight training, business aviation and regional
airlines operations. He was also involved in British Aerospace
successful marketing and sales effort in Canada.
Late 1997, he founded AeroPersonnel to service the staffing needs of the Aviation
and Aerospace sectors.
In 2002 as co-founder and shareholder of NordTech Aerospace, an airline heavy
maintenance center, Mr. Allard oversaw the start-up of the company as President
and COO and Member of the Board of Directors. He was instrumental in the commercial
success of NordTech by securing maintenance contracts worth more than 50 million
dollars over the course of 2003 and 2004. In June 2004, NordTech made its entry
on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange. Late 2004, the company initiated a purchase/merger
with ExelTech Aerospace that was completed in early 2005.
In December 2004, Mr. Allard retired from the company to return to AeroPersonnel
as Managing Director.

Josée
Laroche, Director Recruitment
Ms Laroche brings to AeroPersonnel more than
fifteen years of experience in the Travel and Airline Industry.
She spent the majority of these years with Air Transat, a
leading North American Charter Airline, where she occupied
various management positions. She also served with Jetsgo
Airlines as Supervisor of Charter Operations.
Her responsibilities
at AeroPersonnel encompass the planning and supervision
of all recruitment and staffing activities.

Claude Hamel, Manager
Flight Operation Recruitment
Ms Hamel has more than twenty years of presence in the Aviation
Industry. She has intimate knowledge of flight crew licensing
and training issues. Her experience also encompassed technical
staffing responsibilities with NordTech/ExelTech Aerospace.
She brings to AeroPersonnel a wealth of experience in flight crew evaluation
and recruitment that she puts to good use as Head of flight crew recruitment.

Alfred Ouimet, Manager
Maintenance Recruitment
Mr Ouimet has a strong airline maintenance background having
served in senior maintenance management positions with many
airlines. After a long and illustrious career in the airline
industry, where he occupied for ten years the position of
Senior Vice President, Maintenance and Engineering at Air
Transat before his retirement in 1999.
His vast experience of airline maintenance and engineering requirements serves
him well in his capacity as Head of Maintenance Recruitment.
